Tender chicken balls in cheese-cream sauce are a refined dish of European cuisine that combines simplicity of preparation with rich flavor. The origins of such meat cooking techniques trace back to the traditions of European home dinners, where softness and flavor richness are essential. Tender chicken fillet soaked in cream acquires an airy texture, while melted cheese adds a velvety depth. A light garlic note adds spiciness, enhancing the harmony of flavors. This dish is perfect for a cozy family dinner or a festive table setting. The balls can be served with stewed vegetables or a fresh salad, complementing their tenderness and making the dish even more balanced. Enjoy the warm, rich taste that creates a sense of comfort and coziness.

1
The chicken fillet needs to be lightly beaten and finely chopped.
- Chicken fillet: 500 g
2
Then add finely chopped onion, season with salt and pepper, and crack an egg.
- Onion: 1 piece
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
3
Mix well.
4
Now take the mold, grease it with cream, and form small balls from the prepared mixture, placing them in the mold. (I rolled them in flour a bit, otherwise it was impossible to form a ball)
- Cream: 200 ml
5
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
6
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: grate the cheese on a fine grater, squeeze in the garlic, and mix with the cream.
- Hard cheese: 150 g
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Cream: 200 ml
7
Now take the form out of the oven, pour the glaze over each ball, and put it back in the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
- Cream: 200 ml

The cheese will melt and flow, while the cream will soak the balls, resulting in a wonderful dish made by you! Stewed vegetables or a salad go well as a side dish.
