Cheese flatbreads in 15 minutes are a simple and aromatic dish inspired by Arabic cuisine. These flatbreads are made with kefir, giving them a tender texture and slight acidity. The addition of grated hard cheese makes them rich and appetizing, while the ham filling adds zest. The combination of a crispy crust and soft, stretchy cheese makes them perfect for a cozy breakfast or quick snack. Historically, such flatbreads were popular in Arab countries as a quick way to make delicious and nutritious bread using available ingredients. They are conveniently served with fragrant tea, fresh vegetables, or herbs, making them a versatile dish for any meal. The simplicity of preparation and rich flavor make these flatbreads a favorite recipe in everyday cooking.
