Broccoli and green beans stewed in garlic-soy sauce

Heat oil in a pan, add beans, cover, and simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. If the beans are frozen, increase the time to 10 minutes.
- Green beans: 250 g
- Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons

Add sliced carrots to the beans and simmer the mixture for another 7 minutes.
- Carrot: 200 g

Then add broccoli to the pan and simmer until the broccoli is tender.
- Broccoli cabbage: 300 g

Once the broccoli is softer, add thinly sliced bell pepper to the mixture, pour soy sauce into the pan, and simmer for a couple more minutes with the lid on.
