Cabbage casserole with chicken mince is a simple yet surprisingly cozy dish of Russian cuisine. Its roots lie in the traditions of home cooking, where every hostess strives to create something tasty and nutritious from available ingredients. Tender cabbage soaked in a fragrant sauce made from natural yogurt and tomato paste combines with juicy chicken mince and soft caramelized onions to create a harmony of flavors. The casserole acquires an appetizing golden crust thanks to beaten eggs that add special lightness to it.
