Potato pancakes with sausages

We prepare the ingredients, first we make the filling: we cut the sausages (or sausages) into small cubes.
- Shpikachki: 1 piece

Grate cheese on a fine grater
- Cheese: 40 g

We chop the greens finely
- Green: to taste

We mix everything and set aside the filling.

Grate the potatoes (if too watery, it's better to squeeze them out)
- Potato: 3 pieces

Add an egg, sour cream, finely chopped garlic, salt, and pepper to the grated potato and mix.

- Garlic: 1 clove

Pour oil into a heated pan and spread grated potatoes to form a pancake.
