Mix wine vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, and olive oil into a uniform marinade. Add salt and pepper to taste and marinate salmon fillets in this marinade for 15 minutes.

Cut the carrot and chili pepper into thin strips 5-7 cm long, and slice the green onion into segments of the same length.
