Baked sea bass with tarragon

Fish is generally cooked quickly, 20 minutes will be enough, which the sea bass will spend in the oven, poured with balsamic and lemon juice, with a bunch of aromatic tarragon in its belly. The aroma of this fish stuffed with aromatic herbs is superb : it smells like a New Year's tree, and summer, and the freshness of the first snow. It is best to choose small portioned fish for each party participant, then the serving will be neat.

Pierce cherry tomatoes with a needle, mix with a tablespoon of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and thyme, and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Cherry tomatoes: 400 g
- Olive oil: 100 ml
- Balsamic vinegar: 20 ml
- Thyme: 6 stems

Stuff the cleaned sea bass with a mixture of tarragon, salt, and lemon zest, drizzle with olive oil, and place in the oven for 20 minutes.
