Boil 2 eggs, cool them, and cut into small cubes.

Chop the onion (as you like) - I grind it with the meat using a meat grinder.

Soak the white bread in 0.5 cup of milk and mash it into a uniform mass.

Add 1 raw egg, salt, bread, and onion to the minced meat.

We take the minced meat with a large spoon and roll it in our palms, placing a teaspoon of chopped eggs in the center. We shape the patties and place them on a greased baking sheet.

We are preparing the sauce. Pour 50 ml of milk into 100 ml of vegetable oil. Blend the mixture with a blender. It results in a sauce that looks like mayonnaise. Add mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and blend everything again.

Spread sauce on top of each patty.
