We take chicken breasts, first wash them, dry them, cut them into portions, and place them in a pot. We also add all the spices, salt, and pepper, mix everything thoroughly, cover with a lid, and leave the pot with the meat to marinate in the refrigerator for about 30-40 minutes.

While the chicken is marinating, let's work on the potatoes. We peel, wash, and slice them into rings no thicker than half a centimeter. Place them in a deep bowl, add salt and pepper.

Then take a deep baking tray, line it with parchment paper or grease it with oil, and place the sliced potatoes. On top of the potatoes, add pieces of pineapple, and on top of them, add the sliced chicken pieces.

We are preparing the sauce. In a container, mix the syrup from pickled pineapples with mayonnaise, add crushed garlic, stir everything together, and pour the resulting sauce over the meat with potatoes and pineapples on the baking sheet.

Preheat the oven to 180–200 degrees and bake the chicken for about one and a half hours. About ten minutes before it's done, take out the tray, sprinkle grated cheese on top, and continue baking until fully cooked.
