BBQ Ribs

120 minutes
A classic American cuisine. Store-bought barbecue sauce serves as the base for a homemade sauce, to which balsamic vinegar will also be added - and water, which is widely used in American cuisine, as in any other.

1
Divide the pork ribs into four portions, rub with salt and ground pepper, brush with vegetable oil, and grill or fry in a pan.
- Pork ribs: 2.4 kg
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Salt: to taste
- Vegetable oil: 60 ml
2
Transfer to a saucepan. Add garlic and peppercorns. Separately mix 200 grams of barbecue sauce, vinegar, and one and a half liters of water. Pour this mixture over the ribs, bring to a boil, and cook covered on low heat for about an hour (or even longer) until the meat easily separates from the bones. Let the ribs cool in the liquid after removing the saucepan from the heat.
- Garlic: 6 cloves
- Black peppercorns: 10 pieces
- Barbecue sauce: 300 g
- Balsamic vinegar: 100 ml
3
After that, the ribs need to be removed, and the fat should be carefully taken off the surface of the marinade.
4
Boil the marinade to a thick sauce consistency, adding the remaining barbecue sauce.
- Barbecue sauce: 300 g
5
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Brush the ribs with the prepared sauce and place them in the oven for five to seven minutes.
6
Serve ribs, for example, with spicy pickled peppers.
