Grease the form with vegetable oil. Cut the potatoes, carrots, and onions into rings 0.5 cm wide. Cut the cheese and butter into small cubes. Then layer everything in the baking dish: potatoes, carrots, onions, butter, cheese. Next, salt and pepper this layer.
- Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons
- Potato: 5.7 pieces

Cut the pork into large cubes (3x3 cm). Fry the pork without salt and pepper over high heat until crispy. It doesn't matter if it's raw inside; we just need the crust, which is why we don't add salt, as it makes the meat release its juices.

Layer the fried pork on top of the potatoes. Add salt and pepper.

The last layer is potatoes, lightly salted and peppered. Remember the salt is based on 1 tsp per 1 kg of meat.

Mix the hops-suneli into the milk, season with salt and pepper, and pour into the mold. The liquid should reach the top layer of the potatoes. If the milk is 3.2% fat, dilute it with water.

Bake in the oven at 200–220 degrees for 1.5–2 hours.

Remove the foil, poke the vegetables; if soft, sprinkle with grated cheese and leave for 15 minutes for a crust.
