Garlic cutlets are a classic dish of Russian cuisine, known for their rich taste and aroma. This recipe has roots in traditional family lunches where juicy cutlets made from mixed minced meat, soaked in milk and enriched with garlic flavor, take center stage. Garlic adds spiciness to the cutlets while white bread crumb makes them especially tender and airy. These cutlets pair perfectly with mashed potatoes or fresh vegetables, creating a comforting and hearty dinner dish. Fried to a golden crust, they have an appetizing texture and are great for both everyday menus and festive tables. Such a dish brings warmth and coziness to family meals, reminiscent of classic home recipes passed down through generations.
