Shrimp pizza is an exquisite combination of seafood and classic Italian cuisine. The origin of this recipe is linked to gourmets' desire to enrich traditional dough with the flavor of fresh shrimp and tangy capers. The delicate yeast dough forms the perfect base, topped with aromatic ketchup and a thick layer of stretchy mozzarella. Royal shrimp add sophistication, while capers provide a tangy note balanced by the lightness of olive oil. Baked to a crispy golden crust, this pizza delights with its soft, creamy taste with a hint of the sea. It is perfect for dinner in warm company or as a gastronomic experiment for seafood lovers.
