Orange Glazed Duck Breast with Green Beans

Eating duck breast on its own is a powerful protein punch. But pairing it with green beans makes the duck much friendlier.

Make incisions on the duck breasts. Then marinate them in soy sauce with honey for 10 minutes.
- duck breast: 3 pieces
- Soy sauce: 4 tablespoons
- Honey: 50 g

Peel the orange. Grate the peel.

Cut segments from oranges.

In a one-liter pot, mix orange juice with ready-made orange juice, add an onion and cloves. Place on low heat, bring to a boil, and cook for 15 minutes. Then thicken the sauce with starch and strain.

In a wok pan, fry the duck fillet until golden brown without adding oil.

Remove the cooked meat from the pan. Wipe the bottom of the dish with an absorbent napkin. Add oil and sauté the ginger first, then the beans.

- Green beans: 500 g

Slice the cooked duck crosswise into wide pieces and add to the sautéed beans, pouring some of the sauce over everything. Mix and serve on a plate.
