Guantanamera chicken is a refined dish of European cuisine, harmoniously combining tender chicken fillet, aromatic bacon, stretchy mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil. Its origin is shrouded in mystery, but it is believed to have originated in Mediterranean regions where rich flavors and delicate textures are appreciated. The combination of a crispy crust after frying and a rich creamy sauce with white wine makes it a true gastronomic delight. This roll can adorn a festive table or serve as an elegant treat for a romantic dinner. It is served with a sauce that adds a sophisticated spiciness, perfectly complementing the softness of the chicken and the richness of the bacon.
