Potato sticks are a simple yet delightful dish of European cuisine that combines the softness of potatoes, the tenderness of dough, and the aroma of spices. Their origin is linked to the tradition of preparing potato snacks that are perfect as an accompaniment to main dishes or as a standalone snack. The crispy golden crust, thanks to baking and sesame topping, gives them an appetizing texture, while garlic and spices reveal a rich flavor. They pair well with sauces and can be a great alternative to potato pancakes or fries. These sticks are easy to prepare, and their lightness makes them a favorite treat at family meals.
