Knead very tough dough like for dumplings (flour, egg, salt, water).
- Dough for dumplings: 200 g

Clean and cut the potatoes into large cubes.
- Potato: 200 g

Roll out the dough into a thin layer (about 2 mm), generously spread with butter, roll it up and cut into pieces about 2 fingers wide.
- Butter: 110 g

In a pot, place 100 grams of butter and melt it, then add half of the potatoes, the noodles, and top with the remaining potatoes. Pour water 2 cm above the potato level, add salt, and cook until the potatoes are done, about 20 minutes.
