Beat an egg into the flour, gradually add milk and water, and add salt. Knead the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Wheat flour: 3 glasss
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Water: 100 ml
- Milk: 100 ml
- Salt: to taste

Preparing minced meat. Pass beef through a meat grinder, add salt, pepper, finely chopped onion to the meat, and mix everything thoroughly.
- Beef: 600 g
- Onion: 2 pieces
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Divide the prepared dough into equal parts. Roll out the dough into a thin sheet to fit the size of the dumpling mold and place it on the form.

Place pieces of minced meat in the indentations of the mold for dumplings. Roll out a second sheet of dough and cover the mold with the dough and meat preparation. Take a rolling pin and gently roll over the future dumplings so that the mold separates the preparation into dumplings.

Flip the mold to let the dumplings fall out, and coat the dumplings well in flour.

Boil dumplings in salted water for 10 minutes. Serve with butter, sour cream, or vinegar.
