First, preheat the oven to 180–200 degrees.

Put the washed vegetable mix, seasoning, and granulated garlic into a regular plastic bag. Shake the bag well to evenly mix the vegetables with the seasonings.

- Knorr Delicate Seasoning: pinch
- Ground dried garlic: pinch

Then place the mixture in a baking dish and send it to the oven for 15 minutes. To avoid drying out the vegetables, you can add boiled water.

While the vegetables are baking, prepare the egg mixture: beat the egg, add milk and fiber, and beat again. Do not add salt as the vegetables are already seasoned. Optionally add ground pepper.

Pour the heated vegetables with a milk-egg mixture and send them to the oven for 20-25 minutes.

Remove the pan from the oven and cover it with a thick towel for 5 minutes.
