Crab stick cutlets with cheese are an original and tender dish with a rich flavor and crispy crust. It can be considered a creative interpretation of traditional cutlets, where juicy crab sticks replace meat. The addition of cheese gives the dish softness and richness, while garlic and spices add piquant notes. The cutlets are perfect for a cozy home dinner or festive table, pairing well with fresh vegetables and sauces. Their ease of preparation makes them accessible even for novice cooks, while the ability to experiment with ingredients allows for recipe adaptation to personal taste.

1
Blend crab sticks and cheese in a blender. Transfer to a bowl, add eggs, garlic (through a press), salt (a little, depending on the saltiness of the cheese), pepper and mix. If it's too liquid, you can add breadcrumbs. I didn't add any.
