Chicken with vegetables and tomato paste is a cozy dish of Russian cuisine, infused with home warmth. It recalls traditional village recipes where simple ingredients come together in harmonious flavor. Tender chicken fillet soaked in the aroma of khmeli-suneli becomes juicy thanks to the vegetable sauce, while the tomato paste adds a pleasant sweet-sour note. Bell pepper adds freshness, and onion and tomatoes enrich the sauce. This dish is perfect for both a weekday dinner and a family feast, served with a side of mashed potatoes, rice, or fresh bread. The ease of preparation and rich taste make it a favorite choice for those who appreciate simplicity and rich aromas of home cooking.

1
Wash the chicken fillet, remove the membrane, and cut into pieces about 2 cm.

Cut the bell pepper into cubes (I took half, but you can use a whole one). Finely chop the onion and 1 tomato.
