Prepare the halibut. Clean the white side, remove the skin from the dark side.
- Halibut: 3 kg

Prepare the spread. Clean the avocado, mash the garlic into a puree, roast and chop the nuts finely, chop the parsley very finely (without stems!!!), a blender can be used. Mix all ingredients with butter and salt (10 grams) using a fork.

Lightly grease the baking tray with oil, salt it, place the fish skin-side down, and salt it. Cover the halibut with a thick layer of spread without gaps. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
