Seitan in creamy sauce
1 serving
10 minutes
Seitan in creamy sauce is a delicate and aromatic dish of Pan-Asian cuisine that combines rich creamy flavor with a spicy note of soy sauce. Seitan, a popular plant-based protein, acquires an appetizing golden crust when fried, while cream gives it a velvety texture. Adding carrots or tomatoes adds freshness, and dill completes the composition with a light herbal aroma. This dish is versatile and pairs well with various sides: mashed potatoes, rice, pasta or lentils, revealing new flavor nuances in each combination. It is perfect for those seeking hearty and original plant-based dishes that bring Asian motifs into home cooking.
