Mustard sauce chicken wings are a cozy and aromatic dish of Russian cuisine, made for warm family dinners and friendly gatherings. Their tender meat is infused with spicy mustard softened by creamy mayonnaise and aromatic spices, creating a rich flavor with a hint of heat. Thanks to baking in a sleeve, the wings remain juicy while the sauce penetrates every fiber, giving them unparalleled tenderness. This is the perfect dish for a festive table or simply an evening when you crave something delicious and homemade. Serve them with crispy fresh bread or a potato side – they will surely gather everyone at the table.

First, I added 120 g of mayonnaise, then 80 g of mustard, and finally one tablespoon of chicken spice mix. I mixed them very well with a teaspoon.
- Mayonnaise: 120 g
- Mustard: 80 g
- Seasoning for chicken: 2 tablespoons

I looked at the chicken wings and realized they were very sad in the bowl all alone. I felt sorry for them, so I added a little salt and a tablespoon of chicken spice mix. Then I gave them 'hugs' by thoroughly rubbing the spices and salt into each wing.
- Seasoning for chicken: 2 tablespoons

Ah, I love big and noisy gatherings! So I decided to combine the contents of two bowls into one. I also mixed it very thoroughly to ensure each wing was well coated with sauce.

Then, to make this 'noisy company' really fun, I decided to send them to the sauna. I preheated the oven to 230 degrees, placed the chicken legs in a roasting bag, poured in the sauce that had dripped into the bowl, squeezed out the air from the bag, tied it up and mixed the contents well (but not too much so that the bag remained intact), and sent my 'friends' into the oven.
- Chicken wings: 10 pieces

They had fun with me for 45 minutes. The smells made it hard to swallow saliva after 20 minutes. After the allotted time, I took the 'soul company' to the board and carefully cut the sleeve.

I had 10 very appetizing wings in front of me. However, only 8 made it to the fridge. Someone ate two on the way.
