We cut the turkey into small pieces.
- Turkey fillet: 600 g

Place in a container for marinating, pour in half a bottle of Tabasco, add finely chopped onion and squeeze in 1 lemon. Leave to marinate overnight.
- TABASCO®: 300 ml
- White onion: 1 piece
- Lemon: 1 piece

Skewer the meat, and you can add tomatoes or eggplants; it will serve as a side dish.

I took a deep baking tray and placed the skewers so that they did not touch the bottom of the tray, so there was no need to grease anything.
