Finely chop the onion and sauté in oil until translucent. Add the mushrooms. If they are large, cut them into several pieces. Season with salt and cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring, until the excess liquid evaporates and the mushrooms are cooked.
- Onion: 100 g
- Vegetable oil: 60 ml
- Champignons: 250 g
- Salt: 1.5 teaspoon

Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and chop them in a blender or meat grinder. Add 1 egg, salt, and pepper to the minced meat. Mix until homogeneous.

Beat the egg lightly with a fork, pour the breadcrumbs into a shallow dish. Divide the minced meat into 6 parts. Form a large patty about a centimeter thick. Place a tablespoon of filling inside and tightly wrap it, sealing the edges carefully.
