Liver with apples in pots

Liver with apples in pots is a dish that harmoniously combines tenderness and richness of flavor. It comes from Russian cuisine, where simplicity of preparation and depth of flavor combinations are traditionally valued. Beef liver, soft and juicy after frying, gains a special spiciness from ground ginger and black pepper. Apples add freshness and a slight tartness, creating an exquisite balance. When baked in pots, all the ingredients absorb each other's aromas, and mayonnaise makes the dish tender and juicy. This is an ideal option for a cozy family dinner when you want something hearty but not too complicated to prepare. Serve with mashed potatoes or fresh vegetables to complete the flavor palette.
