Cut the chicken fillet into large pieces and the mushrooms into slices. Place the chicken and mushrooms in a pan and fry in butter.
- Chicken fillet: 1 kg
- Champignons: 8 pieces

While the chicken and mushrooms are frying, we prepare the cream.
- Cream 10%: 350 ml

In a deep bowl, we crush garlic, grate cheese into it, add finely chopped herbs, pour in cream, add some Provencal herbs and mix.
- Garlic: 4 cloves

After the chicken and mushrooms are cooked, we drain the released juice (not all, just enough to leave some to your liking) and pour in our cream, simmering on low heat for another 10 minutes.
