Turkey breast with broccoli is an exquisite combination of tender poultry meat and fresh greens that offers lightness and rich flavor. This recipe has roots in American cuisine, where simplicity and healthiness of dishes are valued. The soft, airy fillet infused with a fragrant yogurt-mustard mixture gains special juiciness, while broccoli adds a light sweetness and velvety texture. The dish is baked to a golden crust, revealing subtle flavor nuances. It's an ideal option for a healthy dinner or festive table when you want something light yet nourishing. The taste of turkey pairs wonderfully with soy sauce, creating umami harmony. This dish can be served on its own or complemented with a side of fresh vegetables and a light salad.

1
We wash the fillet, cut it lengthwise (like steaks), and pound it almost to transparency.
- Turkey fillet: 280 g
2
Boil the broccoli and puree it. Mix yogurt with soy sauce and mustard. Coat half of the 'steaks' with the sauce and place them in a baking dish. The layer should not be thick.
- Broccoli cabbage: 1 piece
- Natural yoghurt: 6 teaspoons
- Soy sauce: 2 teaspoons
- Grainy mustard: 1 teaspoon
3
We set aside some sauce for coating the second half of the turkey, add the rest to the broccoli, mix it, place it on top of the turkey and cover with the remaining meat after coating it. It's better to additionally cover the top layer with a yogurt mixture.
- Natural yoghurt: 6 teaspoons
- Soy sauce: 2 teaspoons
- Grainy mustard: 1 teaspoon
