Cut the turkey into pieces about 3 cm wide. Chop or tear the mint by hand. Place the meat in a deep bowl, pour in the kefir, and add mint, salt, and pepper. It can be marinated overnight, for a day, or two — the marinade is not intense, so there won't be a strong flavor after long marination.
