Spicy rice

Spicy rice is a true gastronomic journey into Chinese cuisine. Aromatic garlic and ginger sautéed in olive oil create a spicy base that enriches the flavor of plain rice. Tomato paste adds a subtle tang, while salt and black pepper balance the taste. The finishing touch is dried basil, adding a fresh, herbal note. This rice is an ideal side dish for meat or vegetables but is also self-sufficient on its own. Easy to prepare, it makes an excellent choice for a cozy home dinner with an Eastern accent.
