Broccoli Side Dish

Broccoli garnish is an ode to the simplicity and flavor of Italian cuisine. We put 2 pots of water to boil: one for broccoli, the other for carrots and beans. We wash all the vegetables and greens. We break the broccoli into florets.
- Broccoli cabbage: 500 g
- Mini carrots: 250 g
- Green beans: 200 g

Add beans and carrots to boiling water. Cook for about 10 minutes, until ready.

At the same time, we boil broccoli, drop it into boiling salted water, and cook for about 7-10 minutes until ready.
- Broccoli cabbage: 500 g

We place the cooked carrots on a plate, drain the beans and broccoli in a colander, and rinse with cold water. This way, the vegetables retain their beautiful green color. We trim the tails of the beans and cut them into 3-4 pieces.

Heat oil in a pan. Squeeze garlic into the oil and reduce the heat to the lowest setting.
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Garlic: 2 cloves

Immediately add the vegetables to the pan and gently stir. Fry for 2-3 minutes.

While the vegetables are in the pan, chop the parsley very finely.

We transfer the vegetables to a deep plate, salt them, and add parsley and lemon juice.
