Boil the rice until half-cooked.
- Rice: 1.5 glass
- Water: 2 glasss

Wash the apples, remove the core, and slice them thinly.
- Apple: 8 pieces

In a high pot or pan, melt the butter and carefully layer the apples, sprinkle with sugar, then layer the rice and sprinkle with vanilla. Repeat the layers until the ingredients are finished. The first and last layers should be apples.
