Chicken shashlik with coriander in the oven is a refined dish of Armenian cuisine, filled with the aromas of spices and deep flavor nuances. Coriander gives the meat a light citrus note, while soy sauce and garlic enhance its richness. This shashlik has a tender texture due to marination, and baking in the oven makes it juicy and golden without excess fat. Historically, Armenian cuisine is known for its combination of spices and careful treatment of meat, making this dish ideal for family dinners and festive gatherings.
