Chicken Tabaka with sour cream and garlic sauce is a dish that combines the traditions of Yugoslav cuisine with Georgian notes. This recipe originates from the culinary heritage of the Balkans, where meat is cooked with aromatic spices and a crispy crust is achieved through roasting. The secret to its flavor lies in the tender meat infused with spices and fried to a golden crust. The sour cream and garlic sauce adds freshness and zest, while dill gives a light aroma. This dish is perfect for a festive dinner or a cozy family lunch, creating an atmosphere of warmth and enjoyment. Serving it sliced allows each guest to savor perfectly infused pieces, while the addition of greens completes the harmony of flavors.
