Mix herbs, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. Coat the chicken breasts in the mixture and shake off the excess.
- Breadcrumbs: 1.2 glass
- Dried basil: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Dried thyme: 1 tablespoon
- Ground black pepper: 1 teaspoon

Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and sauté until browned, about 3 minutes on each side. Remove the skillet from heat.

- Chicken breast: 2 pieces

Spread tomato sauce around the chicken. Sprinkle parmesan on each chicken breast. Place mozzarella slices on top.
