Chicken fillet in a multicooker with carrots and onions is the embodiment of Russian home cooking, simple yet incredibly tender. This recipe combines natural ingredients to create a soft, juicy dish with a subtle aroma of vegetables and dairy products. Kefir and yogurt give the chicken a refined creamy taste, while onions and carrots add a light sweetness. This dish is perfect for an everyday family dinner and for those who appreciate healthy eating. The ease of preparation in a multicooker makes it accessible even for novice cooks, and the result consistently delights—tender pieces of chicken soaked in sauce provide the warmth and comfort of traditional Russian cuisine.

1
Chop the onion into cubes and grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Add olive oil to the multicooker bowl, add the onion and carrot, and sauté for a couple of minutes until the onion becomes transparent. I did this on the 'Small Volume' mode; it can also be done on 'Baking'.
- Onion: 1 head
- Carrot: 1 piece
2
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and add to the carrots. Season with salt and pepper.
- Chicken fillet: 400 g
3
Add kefir and yogurt, and set the multicooker to the 'Stew' mode for 30 minutes.
- Kefir 1%: 1 glass
- Natural yoghurt: 3 tablespoons

At the end, you can add garlic using a garlic press.
