Peel the garlic, chop it finely, add spices, salt and grind well in a mortar until a paste-like consistency is achieved. Pour in vegetable oil and mix to create a marinade.
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Ground ginger: 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil: 60 ml

Cut the chicken fillet across the fibers into strips 2 cm thick. Place in a bowl and add the marinade.
- Chicken fillet: 600 g

Mix to coat the meat evenly with the marinade, leave it in a cool place for an hour.

Pour a tablespoon of oil into a heated pan, add sugar, and squeeze lime juice. Leave the peels in the pan for 1-2 minutes for aroma.
- Brown sugar: 60 g
- Lime: 1 piece

Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.

Place the meat in the pan with the marinade, mix it. Peel the pineapple and cut it into cubes. It should yield about 300–350 grams of pulp.

Add pineapple, mix and cook covered over medium heat for 4-5 minutes until the chicken is done. Don't overcook the meat to avoid it becoming dry.
