Wash the chicken legs and boil them in salted boiling water until cooked. After that, cool down, separate the meat from the bones, and chop finely.

Peel the onion and chop it into small cubes. Peel the garlic and crush it using a garlic press.

Fry the onion in a heated pan with vegetable oil until golden brown. Then add garlic, salt, and pepper. Add chicken meat to the vegetables, mix, and simmer for another 5 minutes.

To prepare the sauce, fry the flour in heated vegetable oil until it turns yellowish. Add black ground pepper and salt. Then, constantly stirring, pour in the milk in a thin stream and bring to uniformity and thickening.

Put the pasta in boiling salted water. Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil and cook for 5-8 minutes. Then drain in a colander.
