Hedgehogs made from pork mince are a cozy home dish that captivates with its tenderness and rich flavor. These juicy meatballs with rice, symbolizing little hedgehogs, are popular in European cuisine due to their simplicity and rich taste. The rice inside retains the juiciness of the mince, while aromatic vegetables and spices make the dish hearty and appetizing. Stewing in a sour cream-tomato sauce gives the hedgehogs a special tenderness and a slight tanginess. This is an ideal option for a family dinner, especially in cool weather when you crave something warm and homely. Serving hedgehogs with greens and thick sauce will give you a dish that not only delights in taste but also brings pleasant memories of cozy family meals.
