Pieces of chicken fillet with rice are a simple yet incredibly tasty dish that combines tender meat infused with the aromas of soy sauce, spices, and creamy sauce. European cuisine carefully preserves such recipes as they are versatile: suitable for family dinners, light lunches, or even festive tables. Chicken fillet cooked with oregano and garlic gains a spiciness while the sour cream and mayonnaise-based sauce makes it tender and juicy. Long-grain rice cooked to airy softness perfectly complements the dish, creating a balance of flavors and textures. This dish pairs especially well with fresh vegetables or herbs, making it not only filling but also harmonious in taste. It highlights the coziness of home cooking and brings joy to everyone who tries it.

1
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
- Chicken breast fillet: 800 g
2
Pour soy sauce into a deep pan and add the fillet. Let the pieces soak in the sauce for a while.

Add salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix to evenly distribute the spices and sauce among the pieces of fillet.

4
Then add some water and olive oil to the pan and heat it over medium heat.

5
Cook for about 10 minutes, covered, stirring occasionally (add water if necessary to prevent the fillet from drying out and to have enough liquid for the sauce).
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
6
Add sour cream, mayonnaise, and a clove of crushed (or grated) garlic.
- Sour cream 15%: 100 g
- Mayonnaise: 150 g
