Homestyle chicken with lime, cucumbers, and coriander is a dish that combines the freshness of citrus, aromatic spices, and tender meat. It resembles traditional Russian casseroles but with an exotic twist. The chicken is marinated in a mixture of lime, ginger, garlic, and spices before being baked in a dough that retains its juiciness. After baking, the dough is broken open to reveal the fragrant meat inside. It is served with refreshing cucumbers marinated in caramelized vinegar and coriander added. This dish is perfect for cozy family dinners or festive gatherings, surprising with the combination of soft, slightly sweet meat and a spicy garnish.
