Cacciatore (Italian Chicken)

Cacciatore is a traditional Italian dish whose name means 'hunter style.' It features tender chicken fillet baked with aromatic spices, onions, garlic, and a rich tomato sauce. Cut the fillet into cubes and place it on a baking sheet lightly greased with olive oil. Put the baking sheet in the oven for about half an hour at a temperature of 150–180 degrees.
- Chicken fillet: 450 g

Add onion and garlic and bake for another 15 minutes.
- Onion: 1 head
- Garlic: 4 cloves

Add pieces of pickled tomatoes, oregano, and basil, coat the breasts with tomato paste (if the paste is too thick, you can add a quarter cup of boiled water) and return the baking tray to the oven for another half hour.
