Finely chop the onion and garlic, cut the fillet into pieces, add parsley and grind into minced meat. Place in a bowl, add cottage cheese, yolk, bran, a little water, season with salt and pepper.

- Egg yolk: 1 piece
- Bran: to taste
- Water: 1 tablespoon
