    Mix all the seasoning ingredients and set aside for a while.

    Prepare the oil. Crush the garlic cloves with the edge of a large knife. Sprinkle with salt and mash the garlic into a paste with the knife. Place in a bowl, mix with the yolk and mustard. Mix well. Gradually pour in the oil and stir until creamy consistency.
