Steamed light chicken meatballs with sour cream-garlic sauce are a delicate and aromatic dish of Russian cuisine, perfect for a light dinner or diet meal. The combination of airy chicken meatballs with a spicy sour cream-garlic sauce makes the dish particularly juicy and rich. Curry adds a subtle spice, while fresh herbs give a fresh touch to the flavor. These meatballs are steamed, making them healthy and preserving the natural taste of the ingredients. They can be served with a light vegetable side or mashed potatoes, and the aromatic sauce will be an ideal complement. This recipe combines simplicity in preparation with exquisite taste, making it an excellent choice for a family dinner.
