Cutlets with tomato-onion sauce are a true cozy taste of Russian cuisine. Juicy cutlets made from mixed minced meat, prepared with parsley and soft bread crumbs, have a rich texture and appetizing golden crust. They are accompanied by a fragrant sauce of tomatoes, onions, and garlic, highlighted by notes of wine vinegar and spices. This sauce makes the dish particularly expressive, adding sweet-sour tones that harmonize beautifully with the tenderness of the cutlets. Stewing in the sauce allows the cutlets to soak up its rich flavor. The dish is perfect for a cozy family dinner, especially when complemented with velvety mashed potatoes sprinkled with parmesan. This combination makes the meal hearty and warming, while the aroma and taste linger in memory for a long time.
