Pasta with fried radish

Pasta with fried radishes is an amazing combination of simplicity and sophistication. In European cuisine, pasta holds a special place, but this version surprises with an unusual ingredient—radish. When fried, it gains softness, a slight sweetness, and spiciness, while green beans add freshness and crunch. Garlic, spices, and lemon zest create an aromatic and rich flavor combination. The dish not only delights with unusual flavor nuances but is also a light and nutritious dinner. It is perfect as a standalone dish or as an addition to the main table. This is a great solution for those who want to try new flavor combinations and enjoy the freshness of spring vegetables in pasta.
