In a bowl, mix ricotta, parmesan, diced emmental, curry, eggs, pear, apple, onion, breadcrumbs (1 tablespoon), a bunch of chopped thyme and parsley, salt and pepper.

Grease a square baking dish (side - 19 cm, height - 7 cm) with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place the cheese mixture in the dish. Form a smooth surface and place a few pieces of butter on top. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
