Turkey thighs with ginger and lemon is a vibrant and aromatic dish from Italian cuisine that harmoniously combines the freshness of citrus and the spiciness of ginger. This recipe recalls traditional Italian meat roasting techniques where simple yet rich flavors are revealed through slow cooking. Lemon juice makes the turkey juicy while ginger adds a piquant touch, creating a balanced flavor bouquet. The finishing touch is a honey glaze that adds a sweet caramel note. The dish is suitable for both festive dinners and everyday family lunches, and its versatility allows it to be served hot or cold. It is a simple yet exquisite treat that will adorn your table and provide gastronomic pleasure.

1
Wash and dry the thigh.
2
Place on foil greased with vegetable oil or fat. Make deep cuts in the meat, but do not cut all the way through.
3
Cut the ginger (I took about 30 grams) into thin slices. Insert them into the cuts.
- Fresh ginger root: to taste
4
Salt, drizzle with lemon juice (I used 0.5 lemon, you can use more if the thigh is large), sprinkle with grill seasoning.
- Salt: to taste
- Lemon: 1 piece
- Poultry Spice Mix: to taste
5
Seal the foil tightly. Place in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 40 minutes (until cooked).
6
Remove from the oven, turn off the oven, open the foil, brush the idea with melted honey and put it back in the oven for a couple of minutes.
- Honey: 0.5 teaspoon
7
It can be served hot or cold, sliced into thin pieces.
